Cops outside is a comedy about the adventures of two New York cops who are on the trail of a rare and valuable baseball cards that was stolen. The two old friends, however, they discover a gangster obsessed with ancient relics, and before you can find the coveted '52 Pafko, must help a beautiful Mexican girl who is in possession of a key that may have access to thousands of dollars in offshore bank accounts and has already witnessed a murder excellent because of the money.
