Se sei così, ti dico sì (2011)

La storia racconta di Piero Cicala (Emilio Solfrizzi), che è riuscito ad avere il suo momento di successo negli anni 80… con una sola canzone, Io, te e il mare, un fuoco di paglia che però ha venduto un milione di dischi. Purtroppo il protagonista non ha saputo gestire la sfolgorante fortuna e se l'è vista svanire tra le mani, velocemente e irrevocabilmente. Nel paesino pugliese, Piero però ha il suo giro essenziale di conoscenze e amici: lavora nel ristorante diretto dalla sua ex moglie (Iaia Forte) e passa il tempo con l'amico barbiere (Totò Onnis), ex musicista anche lui, con i suoi colleghi di lavoro, e con un polpo in una vasca col quale parla ogni tanto. Una vita modesta, insomma, che sembra in qualche modo pacificamente assestata. Ma sulla quale piomba la proposta di un'importante trasmissione TV, che lo ripesca come gloria del passato, invitandolo a Roma. Nella capitale, incontrerà la famosissima Talita Cortès (Belén Rodríguez) giunta in città per il lancio di un nuovo prodotto, e al centro di tutte le telecamere della città e del mondo del gossip…
