Per il timido Michele, protagonista di Il ragazzo invisibile: Seconda generazione, non è facile tornare alla vita normale dopo aver scoperto di avere doti "speciali", di essere uno Speciale. Eppure, ormai sedicenne, Michele Silenzi (Ludovico Girardello) vive un'adolescenza turbolenta come molti dei suoi coetanei, non solo per i traumatici eventi del passato, ma per il carico delle relazioni che si fanno più complesse: con gli adulti, in particolare con la madre Giovanna (Valeria Golino), e con la ragazza dei suoi sogni, dolorosamente innamorata di un altro. Solo, infelice, arrabbiato col mondo, la vita di Michele prende una piega inaspettata quando vi irrompono improvvisamente la misteriosa gemella Natasha (Galatea Bellugi) e la madre naturale, Yelena (Kseniya Rappoport), due donne che stravolgeranno la sua esistenza, chiamandolo a una nuova avventura alla quale non potrà sottrarsi.

Storyline
The lead character Michele (Ludovico Girardello), who is now 16, discovers his dark side and his ability to be mean. The encounter between Michele, his biological mother, Yelena (Ksenia Rappoport), and the mysterious Natasha (Galatea Bellugi) will overturn the boy's existence. New characters - the superheroes called the "specials" - are introduced in the second chapter of The Invisible Boy: Cinetica (Katia Mironova), Roccia (Mikolai Chroboczeck), Morfeo (Dario Cantarelli) who team up with Yelena and Natasha to revenge themselves on their common enemy Igor Zavarov (Kristof Konrad), a ruthless Russian tycoon who imprisoned the superheroes to capture the secret of their special powers.
