Questo film segue il percorso politico di Tony Blair, passato da "giovane promessa" della politica, a primo ministro di successo perfettamente a suo agio nella scena internazionale. E' una storia che parla del rapporto tra due uomini potenti, tra due coppie potenti e tra mariti e mogli. Ci troviamo nel 1997. I Blair e i Clinton formano un quartetto unico al mondo legato da un'amicizia basata su ideali comuni e su un autentico e profondo affetto. Ma quando gli eventi mondiali scuoteranno le fondamenta stesse del loro rapporto, questi uomini e le loro mogli dovranno fare i conti con la natura effimera del potere e spesso anche dell'amicizia.

This film follows the political career of Tony Blair, went from "young talent" policy, a successful prime minister at ease on the international scene. It 's a story about the relationship between two powerful men, including two pairs of powerful husbands and wives. We are in 1997. The Clinton and Blair form a unique quartet bound by a friendship based on common ideals and a genuine and deep affection. But when world events will shake the very foundations of their relationship, these men and their wives will have to deal with the ephemeral nature of power and often friendship.
