De combines en petits braquages, Rayanne finit par se retrouver en prison, où il fait la rencontre de Jean, un ancien champion de boxe. À son contact, il découvre un des sports les plus violents qui soit, le Muay Thaï, et toutes les valeurs morales qui s'y rattachent. À sa sortie de prison, il part en Thaïlande. Il découvre là-bas que le camp d'entraînement dont lui a parlé Jean est inaccessible aux étrangers. Son premier combat sera d'abord de se faire accepter dans ce camp, au prix de toutes les humiliations. Son deuxième combat sera de prouver qu'à force de travail et de volonté, on peut devenir un véritable champion de boxe et un homme…
Ryan is a delinquent of the suburbs, who occupies himself by pushing drugs and commiting minor infractions. One day, he is arrested by the police and ends up in prison. Here, a former Thai boxer named Jean takes him under his wing and trains him in the art of kickboxing. When he leaves prison, Ryan decides to travel to Thailand to train as a professional boxer. Unfortunately, when he gets there he discovers that the training camp that Jean told him about is closed to foreigners…
