Breathe In, Breathe Out (Sinkokyu no Hitsuyo, literally: The Necessity of Deep Breathing) is a film by Tetsuo Shinohara, whose previous effort Tengoku no Honya was a romantic hit. Five young adults arrive at a small island in the Okinawan archipelago to do some seasonal work.
