About As If …

As If … was a ground-breaking British drama, following the exciting lives of six young adults living in London. The popular show has now finished filming after 76 action packed episodes. The show created a cult following around the world. The drama's success is partly because of the fantastic soundtrack and modern style of filming; flashbacks, dodgy camerawork and surreal sequences are extremely frequent in all of the individual 30-minute long episodes.



Jamie, Sooz , Nicki, Alex, Sasha and Rob are the six teenagers featured in this hit teen drama. Each episode of As If … shows the story from of characters point of view, allowing the viewers to learn their thoughts and personal feelings on the drama unfolding around them. As If … has gained cult following all over the world, and is one of the most popular and highly rated teen dramas ever.

While still not ready to tell his parents he's gay, Alex tries to meet an attractive man he saw on the club, even though all his friends keep telling him it'll never happen. When he finally gets a date with the guy (after joining the gym just so he could talk to him), Alex's looks are ruined by Sasha's fight with Chris (who was only with her for sex). He tries to borrow some of Jamie's clothes, but Jamie is too busy with a girl on the internet. So Alex has to go to Dan's house looking like crap, and Dan takes care of him. Alex lies about his age, following Sooz's advice that the age difference would ruin it. Dan tells Alex he's a cop.
