    Der 16-jährige Danny (Kostas Nikouli) lebt in Kreta bei seiner albanischen Mutter. Nach ihrem Tod geht er zu seinem älteren Bruder Odysseas (Niko Gelia) nach Athen, zusammen machen sich die beiden auf die Suche nach ihrem griechischstämmigen Vater. Sie wollen ihn dazu bringen, endlich seine Vaterschaft anzuerkennen. Die Aufgabe gestaltet sich als schwierig, denn die Brüder haben ihn noch nie zuvor gesehen; angeblich soll er sich in der Küstenstadt Thessaloniki aufhalten. Danny und Odysseas reisen dorthin – und ihr Trip nimmt eine unerwartete Wendung. In Thessaloniki werden zurzeit junge Talente für die Casting-Show "Greek Star" gesucht und Dany hat die Hoffnung, dass Odysseas, der ein talentierter Sänger ist, der neue Star der Sendung wird. Unabhängig davon, wie das Casting ausgeht und unabhängig davon, ob die Brüder ihren Vater finden, etwas Gutes hat der Trip so oder so: Er bringt die zwei charakterlich so unterschiedlichen Brüder näher zusammen.
