Included in the segments, which run around 11–12 minutes apiece, are a simple (but sweat-inducing) cardio workout and routines for your upper body, lower body and abs, plus the requisite (and necessary) warm-up and cool down. Even though the segments are brief, instructor Marie Forleo has packed a lot of punch into them. She keeps you moving and the exercises engage multiple muscle groups to make the most of your time.
