Less then an hour to go, Regiment Commander is not satisfied with their performance and very high loss rate. He receives a call that Blue commander whishes to see him immediately after the battle, and they have a competitive talk.
Sanduo captures the sniper, and it comes to be a high ranking officer in Blue force. On their return to HQ, he has a talk with Sanduo and offers him a transfer to his unit.
