RetouchPRO - LIVE with Carrie Beene - Masque

Carrie Beene has been retouching professionally since 2000. She has worked in or freelanced for many of the major retouching houses in NYC. In 2005 she formed Otto Imaging, LLC. And now retouches through OTTO and CarrieNYC. Carrie has retouched for M.A.C., Revlon, Maybelline, Elizabeth Arden, L'oreal, Chantecaille, DEVA, Shape Magazine, Harpers Bazaar, New York Times, Sports Illustrated, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, Elle, Glamour, Vogue, W, OK Magazine, Paper, V magazine, Vanity Fair, ID, Allure, Arena and many top NYC Beauty and Fashion Photographers.

Carrie teaches in the MPS Digital Photography Department at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Her classes include Beauty Retouching and the Business of Professional Retouching.

Carrie's speaking and training engagements include Photoplus International Conference and Expo,and frequent visiting artist lectures at the School of Visual Arts.

Frequently a professional retoucher must stitch together the finished image using the head, arms, legs, and other bits and pieces from different images.
