    Pee-wee's Big Adventure (1985) [w/Commentary]

    Audio Commentary with Director Tim Burton and Actor/Co-Writer Paul Reubens: "I guess I'm just a frustrated interior decorator", laughs Burton at one point. As is often the case when commentaries are recorded so long after the project, the two former collaborators are often bemused as they remember their younger, hungrier selves, but this commentary is still worth listening to. Reubens is the more serious and informative, and at moments he recounts portions of his history and the film's with the clarity and focus of a film historian.
