Lena, 20 ans, est une marginale qui vit de larcins. Lors d'une de ses virées nocturnes, elle pénètre dans un club underground et rencontre Louise, la propriétaire.Cette femme aussi belle que mystérieuse est à la tête d'un trio de vampires composé de l'ombrageuse Nora et de l'élégante Charlotte. Louise tombe instantanément amoureuse de la jeune fille et la mord lors de leur première nuit. La jeune voleuse découvre rapidement les avantages que lui procure sa vie désormais éternelle. Dans une infinie liberté, le luxe et la volupté deviennent son quotidien dans un enchaînement de fêtes et de soirées. Mais Lena comprend rapidement que la soif de sang qu'elle partage avec ses nouvelles amies à un prix…

Die 20-jährige Berlinerin LENA (Karoline Herfurth) hält sich durch kleinere Diebstähle über Wasser. Beim nächtlichen Beutezug durch einen illegalen Club trifft sie auf die jahrhundertealte LOUISE (Nina Hoss). Die mondäne Erscheinung ist die Besitzerin des Clubs und zugleich die Anführerin eines weiblichen Vampir-Trios, dem auch die elegante CHARLOTTE (Jennifer Ulrich) und die abgedrehte NORA (Anna Fischer) angehören. Louise verliebt sich in die verwahrloste Lena und beißt sie in der ersten gemeinsamen Nacht. Fortan erfährt Lena den Fluch und Segen ihres neuen, ewigen Lebens. Sie genießt den Luxus, die Partys, die grenzenlose Freiheit, doch schon bald machen ihr der Blutdurst und die Mordlust ihrer neuen Freundinnen zu schaffen. Als sich auch noch die Berliner Polizei an die Fersen der Frauen heftet und Lena ihre Gefühle für den ermittelnden Kommissar TOM SERNER (Max Riemelt) entdeckt, geraten die Ereignisse völlig außer Kontrolle.
