Michel, a psycho-analyst, falls asleep while listening to his patient Olga, a kleptomaniac and a sexual pervert, tell him how she likes her husband beating her. When he wakes up, he finds Olga having been choked to death. He now has to deal with a body, with Olga's rich husband who thinks she stole money from him, and with all his patients' insanity that haunts him.
Michel Durand est psychanalyste dans un cabinet parisien cossu . Parmi ses clients, il a une certaine Olga Kubler, une perverse kleptomane, épouse de Max Kubler, un promoteur véreux. Lors d’une séance de cette dernière, Durand s’assoupit et ,à son réveil, il la découvre morte étranglée. Que s’est-il passé ? Durand se débarrasse du corps et doit faire face au commissaire Chapireau qui mène l’enquête. Commence une aventure délirante qui mènera Durand dans un univers où rêve et réalité se confondent.
