In typical exploiteers fashion this German 1972 dramatic comedy [Girls Who Come to Munich] was bought from the European distributer by a U.S. exploiter[Omni Pictures] and released in North America in 1976 with a terrible english dub and new sexy poster and totally new "Americanized" set of film credits. This of course was to fool audiences into thinking that this was a home grown Hollywood softcore sex comedy. Christina Lindberg & Ingrid Steeger were unknown in the states and not considered commercial assets so their names were changed along with the director, producer and the rest of the cast. Omni also added a teaser "Starring the Winners of the 1976 International Swingers Competition" which meant absolutely nothing. This "new" dubbed edited version was later distributed by Something Weird Video.
