Part 1: Vernon and Ann

Dan Donnelly helps a grandmother who was the victim of a callous distraction burglary in Leeds. Two thieves posed as water-company workmen to steal money and jewellery from under her nose. Meanwhile Jacqui Hames finds out how technology is helping to identify distraction burglars and gets some top tips on protecting mobile homes and caravans from break-ins.
