Six tracks of Shuya Okino's popular 'UNITED LEGENDS' series replayed live by the immensely talented SLEEP WALKER. All six include original vocals from Josh Milan (BLAZE), Clara Hill, DIVINITI, Navasha Daya (FERTILE GROUND), Carleen Anderson and still Yukimi Nagano.
Compared to the previous album of Shuya OKino with the same title, which has a lot of electronic influence, this album is purely jazz.

Jazzeel is an Electro-Jazz/Lounge project. On "Cinema" Marcel 'Jazzeel' Engler was responsible for trumpet, Rhodes, guitar and bass, while Wolli M-Flow Göz dealt with sounds, programming, bass and guitar.

Digit-All-love is a trip-hop electronic orchestra with visuals. ¶ The band was formed in 2005 around the compositions by MaciekZ and the lyrics by Natalia Grosiak. ¶ The members have been working many years as professional musicians in various bands, and, as artists, they continue to explore different musical forms and styles. ¶ Digit-All-love is a combination of electronic sounds with the natural acoustic flavour of a string quartet. The vocalist's delicate voice complements downtempo tunes. Drums are acoustic, supported by electronic samples with electric double-bass and analogue-modulated synthetic bass-lines.

First greatest hits album from Japanese-Jazz vocalist akiko selected from her complete releases to date. Covers all 5 years of content since akiko became the first female Japanese vocalist on the verve label in 2001.

Contemporary Noise Quintet, in contrast with their not-so-original name, has an original interpretation. The modal jazz composition is replaced with traditional song writing, albeit with no traditional song structure.
The name Contemporary Noise Quintet is inaccurate on a couple of points: the Polish group's moody yet ultimately rather traditional approach to jazz composition could hardly be described as 'noise' (certainly not on a level comparable to the likes of Wolf Eyes, Merzbow, Masonna and co.), and according to their MySpace, there are six of them in this 'Quintet'. So that's two out of the three words constituting their name that are likely to mislead. Once you're over that initial hurdle there's plenty of high quality modern jazz to sink your teeth into. Despite all these contemporary (at least that part of their name's accurate) influences you can still trace the group's music back through Poland's rich jazz heritage to greats like Krzysztof Komeda.

Jazz vocalist akiko has a Christmas album coming up, produced by Konishi Yasuharu! Aside from an instrumental track written by akiko, titled "12月25日の朝。" ("The morning of December 25"), all songs are covers of Christmas standards everyone knows. "Winter Wonderland" will feature "The Ska Flames", who for the first time in their 20-year career collaborate on another artist's track.

This is a home-made package based on the Overpowered B-sides tracks (Cry Baby,Let me know,Overpowered,and some other bonus tracks).

Akiko's tribute to the "style" of jazz – soon followed by her "spirit" set – and a package that has far more substance than you might expect! The work's got a cool, classy sort of feel – older jazz modes handled with small group instrumentation that either features piano or organ in the lead, occasionally with a bit of horns, but usually just trio or quartet grooving behind Akiko's slinky vocals! The tunes are a mix of compelling covers and some even more surprising originals by Akiko – self-penned tunes that really stand out in the set, and make us love her talents even more than when she's just going for older American modes. Titles include "When Life Is Over", "Love Theme From Spartacus", "Ladies Love Mercedes", "Come Together", "Madly", and "What's Jazz".
