Album of the great guitarist, arranger and Brazilian composer Jayme Marques (1936), published in 1981 by EMI-Odeón Spain. Marques, who for many years developed part of his musical career in Spain, was really the promoter of the music of his country in this, especially driving rhythms bossa nova, samba and jazz.
Throughout his career he has collaborated with many international artists, but, above all, has lavished live performances, whether with his band or solo act, both on television and in clubs and big stages, which always gained the public's fervor and the respect of other colleagues. This album opens and
closes with the theme 'Qué cosa más linda', which launched on his most popular record, 'Sabor Tropical', the same year and became one of the biggest songs of the summer of that year. Here is a sample of the music of that master of bossa and samba jazz.
