Army veteran Robert Finley was an entertainer and sensational soul singer all his life. But it wasn't until he lost his sight after six decades of hard work, he became an overnight sensation

Grammy-winning producer and frontman of The Black Keys Dan Auerbach raves, "He's a veteran blues guitar player, but once but once he puts his guitar down, you can put him in front of an orchestra and he sings as well as Ray Charles. There's an intangible greatness to his voice and he just knows how to put it in - always." and awarded him the title of "Greatest Living Soul Singer."

Sharecropper's Son features songs written by Robert Finley and his producer Dan Auerbach. The backing band is made up of blues veterans and studio legends who - from Elvis to Wilson Pickett - have played with and for pretty much all the greats and for pretty much all the greats. But the fire is lit by Robert Finley with his incredible voice.
