Immanuel Bah (alias Emanuele De Caria) is a twenty-years-old jewish pianist. His way of playing is unique and unmistakable. It is distinguished by depth, sonorous refinement and naturalness of the phrasing. He began studying the piano as a self-taught at the age of 3 years old. At the age of 7 he debuted at the Petruzzelli Theatre on an evening for Enfant Prodige. At the age of 12 he was admitted to the Conservatory of Reggio Calabria in the class of the famous teacher Cinzia Dato and later studied at the prestigious "Incontri col Maestro" in Imola with Maestro Riccardo Risaliti. Despite that he held master classes with international masters such as Aldo Ciccolini, Jerome Rose, Francois Joel Thiollier, Leslie Howard, Benedetto Lupo, Bruno Canino. Immanuel has been awarded in countless international competitions such as Nuova Coppa Pianisti in Osimo, Ibla Grand Prize in New York, Rotary Club Foundation Competition, Prize Antonio Trombone in Palermo, Prize Renato Sellani in Milan etc. In 2016, at the age of seventeen, he made his debut at the Municipal Theatre of Bologna with the 24 Etudes by Chopin. Subsequently he plays the Piano Concerto n 2 op. 83 by Johannes Brahms with the Philharmonic Orchestra "Mihail Jorah" of Bacau under the direction of Maestro Ovidiu Balan and won the Best Italian Pianist Award at the Piano & Orchestra Competition "City of Cantù". In 2018, at age of 19, was invited by Minister of Culture of Brazil, Miguel Proença, to get a challenge consisting of learning on 5 months the Integral piano works by Johannes Brahms. He got it on September 2018 playing all repertoire in 5 recitals in the prestigious "Sala Cecilia Meireles" in Rio de Janeiro. Among the important halls where he held concerts stand out Sala Cecilia Meireles of Rio de Janeiro, Cavagnis’ Hall of Venice, Villa Pignatelli of Naples, Dal Verme Theatre of Milan, Municipal Theatre of Bologna, Skrjabin Museum of Moscow, Metropolitan Theatre “Astra” in San Donà di Piave, Salle Cortot of Paris, Eutherpe Hall in Leòn, Municipal Theatre of Palermo, Bolshoi Theatre of Joinville.
