Ginkgo Garden - Back In Time (2002)

The fourth Ginkgo Garden album "Back In Time" takes the listener on a musical journey to the Jurassic age. At that time, over 200 million years, Mother Nature was still young, and the oldest tree in the world, the ginkgo caused to grow his very first sprouts. Dinosaurs roamed the Earth, the existence of man was still in the distant future, and the symbiosis of animals and plants was peaceful. Mastermind Eddy F. Müller, who wrote all songs for this new Ginkgo Garden album, created in the production of a musical "Back In Time": A mixture of vocals, guitars, saxophones, Japanese bamboo flutes, analog keyboard sounds and Far Eastern sample sounds gives an Asia-Europe retro sound that supports the theme of the CD and the Ginkgo Garden style makes it distinctive yet again. Style names such as "New Age", "New Instrumental" or "World Music" meet here only conditionally - because Ginkgo Garden will enchant and uses its many stylistic devices.
