Description

Behaviour is how someone acts. It is what a person does to make something happen, to make something change or to keep things the same.Behaviour is a response to things that are happening:internally - thoughts and feelingsexternally - the environment, including other people.Observing behavior is the easy part. It is understanding why someone does what they do that is much more complicated. At the end of this course, you will understand how important is to try to find the techniques that work best for you. If you come across ones that are effective or you like, adopt them yourself and see if they can work for you as well.Finding out their individual needs, their strengths and weaknesses, their likes and dislikes, and so on, can help inform your decision-making when implementing behavior management into your classroom.Challenging behavior is when someone interferes with learning or safety in the classroom. This includes students, staff, parents, and carers.Every school can define challenging behavior differently. But, generally speaking, it's when a student disrupts a lesson. It can lead to a decrease in productivity, emotional distress, or frustration. It's important to know that challenging behavior isn't a 'problem.' The student also isn't doing anything 'wrong.' Rather, it's a sign that there's something wrong with your style of learning, or in the child's personal life.If you manage it well, then you can minimize any issues and create a happy classroom environment. However, it takes patience, care, and attention to get right. We will be checking and learning the most important milestones for our little ones, and slowly understand their abilities in different ages and areas up to the point to face what is behavior and what are approaches works in different situations.
