This program blends movement, mindfulness, and fun, creating a safe space where kids can explore, grow, and feel confident in their bodies.Inspired by my background in aerial arts, I’ve crafted engaging yoga sessions that help children develop strength, focus, and balance, all while enjoying the process! Whether we’re stretching like a soaring bird or balancing like a tree, every session fosters creativity and connection. With over 10 years of experience working with children and a TEFL certification, I specialize in making learning engaging and age-appropriate. My classes are tailored to meet young learners’ needs, encouraging self-expression, concentration, and emotional awareness.Yoga is more than movement, it’s a journey of discovery. By combining breathwork, storytelling, and playful movement, my goal is to create an uplifting environment where children can explore mindfulness while building essential life skills.I can’t wait to welcome your little yogis to class and be part of their growth and development.
