You will understand the sources of finance; cost of capital, capital structure, and portfolio theory and dividend policy. You will gain ability to effectively manage a working capital, and manage merger and acquisition program within an organization.You will understand the concept of “Time Value of Money”, how time value of money explains the facts that value of money changes overtime due to inflation rate, risk and uncertainties e.t.c.
