This book features over 100 practical tips on how to build your sales skills - without gimmicks. Remember when you could go into a shop and the assistant actually knew about the products they were selling? How many times have you been frustrated beyond belief because you have had to chase the sales person who is supposed to be helping you? When was the last time you were impressed with the level of service you received. Now, more than ever, customers are demanding better service and that requires better sales skills. "101 Ways to Sell More of Anything" provides 101 tips that can be used to improve sales in any typical situation. But rather than gimmicky ideas, slick sales spiels, or fast-talking techniques to fleece customers, it explains how to effectively use the core values of successful - and responsible - selling, including communication, knowledge, and confidence.

This is such a simple book, yet profound. I read it from cover to cover in less than 24 hours - in fact, I have read it twice.
Its practical, its easy to implement and yet it challenges your thinking - often its a cop out to say "I knew that" or "thats too easy" but Andrew Griffiths forces you to take action - and that is the different between OK'ness and Greatness.
Another keeper from this great author- I have given it to 3 clients already and they love it too
