The Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty (the winner of Celebrity Big Brother UK) who has always been termed having the best body in Bollywood, shares the secret of her fitness of a sound mind, body and soul, through an instructional video based on the ancient Indian practice of yoga, titled “Shilpa’s Yoga”.

The DVD promises Shilpa's 'fitness secrets for a lean, toned body while retaining all the feminine curves'.
