In this new chapter of the hit franchise, the FBI is investigating detective on the work of Hoffman (Costas Mandylor), who is suspected to be planning a new cruel deadly game: the trap of "Carousel", which sees six children chained to a circular carousel , where William (Peter Outerbridge) is the only one who can decide whether to spare the life of each of the guys or kill them.
