Milton, un criminale scappato dall'inferno, é a caccia di vendetta e redenzione: sua figlia é stata uccisa dai membri di una setta che ora tengono in ostaggio il nipote, in attesa di sacrificarlo alla prima luna piena. A dargli una mano si aggiungerà la bella Piper, una cameriera sexy, molto determinata e combattiva. Mentre cerca la setta, deve guardarsi le spalle da un misterioso killer che è stato incaricato dal Diavolo di riportarlo all'inferno.

Milton, a criminal escaped from hell, is looking for revenge and redemption: his son was killed by members of a sect that now held hostage's nephew, waiting to sacrifice the first full moon. To help him, joined by pretty Piper, a sexy maid, very determined and combative.
