F8 = create a new dir
F7 = create a new file
F6 = move files from one panel to the other ( and there's a 'silent mode' so no interruption but a log at the end of the process !)
F5 = same with 'copy'
and I still discover new functionalities everyday !
Try it and you'll forget the default Windows File Explorer !
