In order to run iPodCopy you need a PC with the following:-

Transfer feature requires iTunes 7 Play feature requires QuickTime 7. Playing songs purchased on iTunes music store requires the computer to be authorised to play that music. To import Outlook Contacts into iPod Contacts Manager requires Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2003
