Roche NimbleGen has developed a suite of software tools to facilitate the data pipeline from array design to image extraction and analysis to the graphical display and browsing of large datasets. The software has been designed with the objectives of ease of use, easy to understand graphical interfaces and conformance to industry standard file formats for large genomic datasets. For NimbleGen applications where data is mapped to genomic tracks, the SignalMap browser provides a simple browsing interface. Data in GFF file formats can be readily imported and analyzed with no limitations on the number of datapoints. When imported annotation files contain embedded URL information, clicking on genomic features such as genes launches your web browser and directs you to the associated public database information for that gene.
