Fixed crash problem with using extended characters in captions.

Fixed problem where caption selection could be difficult after changing the Aspect Ratio of a show
Fixed problem where some menu options were not stored properly in saved menus
Fixed problem where drop shadows would not appear properly on menus
Changed each Add / Browse option to include "Add From Media Source Option"
Fixed problem where selecting a caption in Show Options could cause mouse wheel usage to fail
Fixed problem where captions and text effects could end early when slide duration was very long
Fixed a crash condition which could occur when rendering video
Fixed Flash output so it maintains the proper aspect ratio
Changed the default for Show Motion Path from disabled to enabled
Changed the default for all Motion Styles from Linear to Smooth
Fixed problem where matched captions could appear too bright during the matched period
Fixed problem where video layers could become cropped during layer transitions
Fixed problem where drop shadows could be incorrect during layer transitions
Fixed problem where layers became very blurred during layer transitions
