MSU Motion Estimation VirtualDub plugin 1.0

It allows to show macroblocks' partition, motion vectors and the accuracy of motion vectors as well. The performance of the filter can be configured setting parameters in a dialog box. The filter also supports job control, which allows to use it in the AviSynth utility.

This plugin works with the original VIRTUALDUB Compression software posted earlier. This is a plugin, not a software. So kindly download the software from the below link first:
