Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has released an update (SP12) to Vijeo Designer 6.2 is cross-platform configuration software helps to create operator dialogue applications for controlling automation systems.

Vijeo Designer is the only software you need to program all your Magelis HMI products. Developed with market-standard technologies, including HTML/JAVA languages for web navigation, JPEG for screenshots, MPEG4 for video, Compact Flash card and USB key for archiving, and standard HP printers for printing reports/screen snapshots, it offers an intuitive interface, with easy object configuration to speed up the process of designing HMI applications. With the Intelligent Data Service add-on, you realize full and safe processes, compliant with the traceability requirements of FDA 21 CFR PART 11.

For an HMI programmed with Vijeo Designer, it is possible to connect to it using the Vijeo Designer Data Manager to retrieve logged data from any of the available storage devices (Main Drive, Secondary Drive, or Optional Drive).
