Slope Stability Python API [Technology Preview]
More features exposed through Python package, offering direct access to the LEM Slope Stability Solver to further automate modeling scenarios.
User requests
The following user requests have been incorporated in this release:
- [734432] LEM - Exposed calculated 3D surface, 3D failure surface, and planar failure surface areas for reporting in the Output module and via the Slope Solver Python API.
- [623894] LEM - Added option to display the critical sliding mass column color contouring based on the anisotropy at the column base. Coloring is applied depending on if the Rock Mass, Discontinuity, or Transition shear strength properties are applied for Anisotropic Linear Model (ALM) materials.
- [599888] LEM - A crest gap and a toe gap can now be specified instead of a single gap between Entry lines and Exit lines per location when using the Entry & Exit search method for a Multi-Plane Analysis (MPA).
- [327518] Groundwater - Replaced use of Stage 0 with Initial Conditions throughout the Output display options for Groundwater analysis and made improvements to various other display selectors.

- [737876] LEM - The original 3D slip direction choice is now retained if Orientation Analysis is enabled and subsequently disabled.
- [731330] LEM - Fixed an error when importing model geometry from a PLAXIS LE - Groundwater model with un-initialized flux sections.
- [728586] LEM - Corrected situation where Multi-Plane Analysis (MPA) runs with an Entry & Exit search in child models were not solving if Entry & Exit was not set in the parent model.
- [727992] LEM - Addressed an exception when analyzing a 3D MPA model for a specific case when MVMs volumes were almost like a "block model".
