oobe.cmd phase (OEM-Activated index only):
- Sets key and tries to activate using OEM method
(not familiar enough with it to explain how)
- Adds logon/shutdown graphics, a few system window branding icons,
and a desktop background depending on your motherboard. Intel will
have Intel graphics, Asus will have Asus, etc.
- If branding activation does not jive, will pass procedure to WinLoader to
activate using default options. If that fails, you might try running
WinLoader and change some of the advanced options or use KMS Windows
versions such as Pro VL or Enterprise.

setupcomplete.cmd phase:

- mpas-fe (Defender Updates)
