How not to log into a Microsoft account during installation
Starting with Windows 11 22H2, logging into a Microsoft account has become mandatory, and the option to create a local account has disappeared altogether.
At the time of testing the images, the following workaround worked for me: when OOBE asks you to enter a username and password for your Microsoft account, enter something like no@thankyou.com as your login there, and some random password. You should get a message that this account has had too many login attempts and is temporarily frozen, after which the system will allow you to create a local one. Keep this in mind.
