* Do not allow Auto-Resolve Conflicts to work in 1-way jobs, as they have no conflicts.
* Make sync time error items resyncable.

* FTP: use MFMT commadn to set file modification time, if available.
* FTP: fast reconnect now catches more disconnects.
* Fix more license activation and affiliate id issues.
