EPLAN Fluid version 2.7

EPLAN Software & Service GmbH & Co., a provider software for global engineering solutions, announced the release of EPLAN Fluid version 2.7, is an engineering tool for the automated design and documentation of circuits in fluid power installations in hydraulics, pneumatics, cooling and lubrication complying with current standards.

New Features for EPLAN Fluid 2.7:

Extension for the EPLAN Fluid Hose Configurator

- Simultaneous updating of the type code and of the hose line identification
In the EPLAN Fluid Hose Configurator the previous popup menu item Update type code has been renamed to Update. Through this functionally you can now simultaneously update the generated type code and the hose line identification.
The extended Update functionality is available in the Configure hose lines dialog of the add-on variant as well as as a button in the toolbar.
- Design Mode when Editing Pipings
The design mode assists you in placing graphical elements at specific points and at specific coordinates. In the new version you can now also use the design mode to edit routed pipings (for example in order to move a pipe segment). In this context you should also activate the object snap function.
