Run Dragon on multiple PCs. With Microsoft’s free Remote Desktop Connection software, you can use Dragon Professional from a local Windows computer on which Dragon itself is not installed. While Dragon is running on the server, multiple Windows clients can use Dragon simultaneously.
- Transcribe one or multiple audio recordings. Just drag and drop any recorded audio files into Dragon’s Auto-Transcribe Folder and they’ll be automatically transcribed into text. Dragon Professional can transcribe a group of your audio recordings into multiple text files, for easy third-party review and correction.
- Create command shortcuts for tasks. Build a single voice command for recurring tasks. For example say “New Client” and Dragon Professional can open your existing sales lead management tool, log in for you, and build a new blank record waiting for you to fill in with your voice.
- Create and export custom words. Take industry specific terms and acronyms you’ve added, and share them easily with another user in your office or company so they don’t have to reinvent the wheel.
- Silent install support (NSI). Allows the Administrator to deploy Dragon Professional to multiple PCs in your office without end-users needing to be involved.
