HalfLight is a collection of optically-captured light leak transitions built specifically for FCP X. Just drag and drop HalfLight onto a clip to add beautiful, organic flash transitions to your footage. An extensive set of controls allows you to customize the color and opacity properties of each transition. HalfLight works with Final Cut Pro X only.
Completely Customizable
CrumplePop HalfLight comes with intuitive real-time controls so you can dial in the look you want. Changing the opacity, brightness, hue and the direction of the transition are all a click away. As always, you have full control over the transition speed directly on the timeline.

CrumplePop HalfLight features 16 unique light leak transitions. HalfLight includes a multitude of crash and wipe style transitions that can all be customized and changed to fit your needs. Whether you need a slow, haunting glow dissolve or a split-second flash, HalfLight delivers a naturalistic transition that is impossible to fake using digitally generated effects.
Works Inside FCP X
The transitions in HalfLight were designed from the ground up for FCP X. They can be dropped between your clips and previewed in real time – with no need to wait for rendering. You can apply them to video, images, titles or generators. Plus, in addition to transitions between two clips they can also be used to intro or outro a single clip.
