Autodesk Advance Steel 2026.0 with LPs & Extensions

Autodesk has released Advance Steel 2026.0 is steel construction and manufacturing software that allows structural engineers, draftsmen and manufacturers to develop information-rich BIM models and simplify the production process.


Bug Fixes
- Upgraded to zlib 1.3.1 for security and alignment with AutoCAD verticals.
- Fixed an issue where special parts with features would disappear on explode.
- Improved stability of Navisworks when opening projects with Advance Steel elements.
- Fixed an issue where Reference Manager would close unexpectedly when loading an Advance Steel DWG file if Advance Steel Object Enabler was installed on the same computer.
- Fixed an issue where the external drawing list was not created if DSTV Template was used.
- Fixed an issue where the desired format couldn't be set for fields in BOM templates when exporting to Microsoft Excel. The needed format can be set through the OutputFormat option of each field. If OutputFormat is left blank, the field will be exported in Excel by default as text.
- Fixed an issue where an error would appear if the insert arrow button was selected for the User text category in BOM templates.
- Fixed an issue where Convert Databases from Management Tools didn't work as expected - Microsoft Access Runtime is required to be installed on the computer.
- Fixed an issue where South Africa Angles were not imported correctly in Revit.
- Fixed an issue where timber sections couldn't be imported/exported in SMLX file format.
- Fixed an issue where the program would become unresponsive if the ESC button was used while placing any type of grids.
- Fixed an issue where C shaped profiles were not exported to IFC format according to standard and couldn't be viewed in specific applications.
- Fixed an issue where an error message would appear when a DWG file saved in a previous Advance Steel version was added in the Publish dialog.
- Fixed an issue where Robot Structural Analysis would close unexpectedly when loading a DWG file saved in Advance Steel if Advance Steel was installed on that computer.
- Fixed an issue where the program would close unexpectedly after updating a spiral stair connection in a particular model.
- Fixed an issue where the page frame was not inserted in the detail after changing the drawing prototype from inside the detail.
- Fixed an issue where a specific detail couldn't be updated anymore.
Security Updates
- Updated SQLite .NET package to version 1.0.118.
