The following enhancements have been made to AVEVA PRO/II Simulation 2024:
New Unit Operations
- Refinery Reactor – Reformer Reactor
- SPYRO Reactor – Integration via SPYRO reactor unit to Technip Energies’ SPYRO Real Time Optimization (SRTO) software. Requires additional software and licences from Technip Energies
Unit Operation Updates
- Economics Unit – addition of operating cost and basic economic analysis calculations
- Column:
. Apply vapor and liquid loading factors in column internal sizing and rating
. Auto pseudo stream enhancements
. Flooding factor plots
. Updated PFD icon for thermosiphon reboilers
. Condenser vapor fraction column specification for IO, EIO and Sure algorithms
. Fixed rate draw made available in case study for IO, EIO and Chemdist algorithms
