Cape2Rio Yacht Race Returns to Cape Town: The Cape2Rio yacht race is set to return to Cape Town this December with a thrilling line-up and a new presenting sponsor. The Cape2Rio presented by Maserati gets underway on 26 December with the first start, while the larger Racing fleet starts on 1 January 2017. Having started in 1971, the race will go into its 46th year in 2017.
