This is the CD first press issue of this boxset. These were sold individually as Vols 1-8 and they were also sold together as a boxset. The contents of the boxset are all 8 Vols individually packaged into a LP sized case plus the boxset comes with a 36 page LP sized booklet.

Plonker shared the 2006 issue of this boxset and you can get it here.

Here is my comparison of the two issues:

This 1991 version has different artwork than the 2006 issue.
This 1991 version has the LP sized booklet that I don't believe the 2006 has. Plonker didn't share the booklet and I believe his set didn't have one but not positive.
This 1991 version has the same track list but a few tracks are not the correct "singles" issue of the tracks. The 2006 issue corrected this mistake. I don't know which tracks or how many tracks are different.
The DR of both sets is about the same but I haven't compared all 203 tracks one at a time. I did notice some differences but that may be due to the few tracks that are different versions on the two sets.

Get mine, his, both or none. It's all the same price! I grabbed his to go with mine. :)

This issue has a great booklet/liner notes. I scanned everything.
Each Vol. of this boxset has the same item number. The numbers were different when sold individually.
There is no artwork included in the music archives. JPG and TIF are available as separate archives.
Scans are 600dpi using a Mustek A3 1200S scanner.
JPG is 100. Flac is level 5.
All files are fully tagged.

"unpack here" is the thing to do.
Note: I bought this boxset several years ago on ebay. The exterior of the box is rougher than my childhood but inside contents are absolutely mint.
