Libera is a boys vocal group organized by music director Robert Prizeman, drawn from schools in South London. Since the age range of the members is seven to 14, the personnel changes over time.

Libera's latest chart-topping album ‘Free’ has an alluring atmosphere of its own, with Libera sublimely blending traditional hymns, plainsong and modern compositions that instil an incredible tranquillity and freedom that awakens the soul.Soaring high notes, entrancing voices, blissful harmonies, ethereal sounds and striking chords are the quintessence of Libera. ‘Free’ has uncovered yet another dynamic element, the amalgamation of lowering voices with the trebles, which adds profound depth and spirit.

Robert Prizeman composed the songs unearthing and developing the natural vocal characteristics of each of the boys, both as part of the ensemble and as soloists. These creations evolved from the natural timbre of the boys' voices, each song masterfully unified with the individuality of the prodigious soloists. A master stroke is the introduction of classical instruments, among these the harp, cor anglais, clarinet and violin, which, married with Robert Prizeman's hallmark technologically-induced instruments, magically accentuates the breathtaking purity of the boys' voices.

Along with its predecessors, ‘Free’ is an album that has a global appeal that transcends all others. Libera has once again raised the benchmark to the highest level.
