Adam Ben Ezra - Can't Stop Running (2015)

Ahoy! My name is Adam Ben Ezra and I am a Double Bass Player.
If you haven’t heard any of my material, the music I create incorporates me drumming, looping, dancing, synthesizing, distorting, singing and more….all solo with the Double Bass.
Solo ain’t easy! So I started collaborating with other musicians to create a sound that my solo pieces have been waiting for…. and now we are ready to record my debut album!

Diversity is heard consistently throughout my music, not only with the bass. From my early classical violin training I was curious to experiment with Jazz which sparked an exploration into my musical Middle Eastern roots. I have picked up the clarinet, piano, flute, oud and many more instruments along the way. Into this fusion my project includes musical styles from Indian, Latin and Rock influences.

5 years ago I began sharing my music videos on Youtube. The response was
phenomenal, over 6 million views until now! Invitations fled in to perform my Solo Act worldwide. My show has reached London, Italy, Belgium, USA and more. So what else could one man and his double bass ask for? A band!

6 months ago my musical journey led me to meet two of the most uniquely talented musicians. This project features the talented and mesmerizing percussionist Gilad Dobrecky and the awe inspiring guitarist Adam Ben Amitai. The new Trio is already planning it’s first international tour, beginning with shows in Europe and USA for this coming spring of 2015.

This project allows me to build on my existing relationship with my online community and actually make them part of something huge. I invite you as a listener or as a curious newcomer to make this album into a reality.
