In this issue we look at how to worry less and live more, how to introduce a sense of calm into your home and why ‘sweating the small stuff’ is so unnecessary. There is definitely an art to relaxation and getting through the day, through the traffic, the phone calls, and all the angst can be highly challenging. More people than we may think take some form of anti-depressant, sleeping tablet or chill pill. This just shows the levels of stress we’re subjected to, merely because we are human beings living on the earth.
