    Over the last several years, Bangladesh witnessed a strong surge of growth in most of the development
    indices-spanning from the economy to human and social development. Powered by the government’s Vision
    2021, which aimed to turn Bangladesh into a middle income country by 2021, the country has witnessed
    record economic development and poverty reduction since 2008. One of the key tools for achieving Vision
