The 40th edition of the legendary Dakar event draws to a close with Carlos Sainz and Matthias Walkner winning on four and two wheels. Our boys from Sherco-TVS and Hero too produced stellar results as Hero’s Oriol Mena broke into the top ten on his maiden attempt. C S Santosh’s arduous outing was shaky but he still managed to bag his best result at the event as he finished 35th overall.
